Product Description

Part I: Introduction of Floor Scrubber

1. In terms of operation mode, it is similar to business car but more convenient and comfortable.

2. The machine has new denoising structure to reduce noise pollution by controlling the noise level under 70db.

3.The machine is equipped with soft chair in accordance with ergonomics.

4.The brush can be assembled and disassembled automatically. Press removing brush button to disassemble brush. On the other hand, push the brush under the proper position firstly, and then press the assembling brush button to complete brush assembling.

5.The machine has automatic and manual operation mode. Under the automatic mode, all the function works by stepping on the accelerator. Otherwise, each function can also be operated by hands singly.

6.The capacity of the solution tank is 100L, the capacity of the recovery tank is 115L.Therefore, it reduces times of changing water and raise working efficiency.

7.The squeegee is installed through a clasp. Release the squeegee clasp to change squeegee assembly.

Part V: FAQ
Insufficient water on the brush plate

1. Check that the water valve is open
2. Check the amount of water in the clean water tank
3. Check whether the water filter is clean (if any)
4. Check whether the pipe conveying water to the brush plate is blocked

Incomplete machine cleaning
Check the wear of the brush discs and replace them if necessary (the brush discs should be replaced when the length of the bristles is less than 15mm). Replace it with another brush plate of the same specification. When cleaning on the real dirty ground, special brush plate should be used, which is specially provided according to the needs

The effect of water absorption is not good
1. Check whether the absorbent strip is clean. Is there any solid residue left in it

2. Replace the damaged adhesive tape. Adjust the angle of suction grill. For the correct use, the height of the suction grill should be adjusted according to the abrasion of the rubber strip; in the process of cleaning, the back rubber strip should be bent back 5mm in its length direction

3. Check whether the suction pipe has been correctly inserted into the inlet of the sewage tank
