Part I: Introduction of Floor Scrubber
1.Propelling Motor,we use Amer, and the Suction Motor, we use AMETEK.
2.About Controller, we use PG, and for floor scrubber brush pan, our company is use Malish.

4.Glue: Rubber Absorbent Strip: PU material oil absorbent adhesive strip, rubber material wear-resistant adhesive strip

Each machine is put on a polywood pallet, then carton;
Wooden box or air bubble film and carton for plastic products or as your request.
Normally, for testing sample, we can arrange the delivery within 7 days;
Insufficient water on the brush plate
1. Check that the water valve is open
2. Check the amount of water in the clean water tank
3. Check whether the water filter is clean (if any)
4. Check whether the pipe conveying water to the brush plate is blocked
2. Incomplete machine cleaning
Check the wear of the brush discs and replace them if necessary (the brush discs should be replaced when the length of the bristles is less than 15mm). Replace it with another brush plate of the same specification. When cleaning on the real dirty ground, special brush plate should be used, which is specially provided according to the needs
3. The effect of water absorption is not good
1. Check whether the absorbent strip is clean. Is there any solid residue left in it
2. Replace the damaged adhesive tape. Adjust the angle of suction grill. For the correct use, the height of the suction grill should be adjusted according to the abrasion of the rubber strip; in the process of cleaning, the back rubber strip should be bent back 5mm in its length direction
3. Check whether the suction pipe has been correctly inserted into the inlet of the sewage tank
4.Too many bubbles
Check whether to use foam cleaner. If necessary, add some low foaming agents into the sewage tank. Please remember: if there is a lot of dirt on the ground, there will be a lot of bubbles, so we should dilute the cleaning solution.
