Q:Why does the brush not turn?
A: check that the brush master switch is on.
Q: Why is the machine running for a short time?
A: 1. A fully charged machine can operate for 3.5-4 hours.
2. Charge for at least 8 hours.
3. Please contact the after-sales center to solve the problem if it can not operate for 1.5 hours after being fully charged.
Q: Why does the charger not work?
A: 1. Connect the charger to the battery connector.
2. Plug the charger into the power supply.
